SF Brown Sugar replacement!

I figured out a replacement for Brown Sugar!
1Cup Zylotol
1Tbs Dark raw Agave
blend well, and store in an airtight container

It works! I will post a recipe next that uses this new found gem.

About Kyla:

I love learning about foods and how they impact our health. I grew up eating only whole grains and organic meat, produce and dairy. Once I was in college I started eating processed foods and my weight and health declined. Since learning that I feel better when I avoid gluten and dairy I have eliminated them from my diet. I don't have to be as strict as others but I know that I am doing a positive thing for me and my family when I focus on eating a clean and healthy diet.

About Dannielle:

This journey began over two years ago for me. My two year old daughter started limping and has since been diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis. With the change in her diet, a year later, her sweet little ankles and toes are no longer causing her excrutiating pain. We had been to numerous doctors, had many questions, and she had been on too many rounds of antibiotic for my liking. So, with changing my way of thinking, and learning more about the body and reactions to our daily consumption, I have found more joy in knowing that I am making a difference in the lives of those I love most, one bite at a time.

This has been quite the journey, my personal journey. I am happy to be able to share what has worked for me, hopefully giving others the releif that I didn't have at the beginning of this overwhelming adventure. I have learned so much, have been blessed so much, but mostly, I have learned to "Live-In-Joy" every step of the way.
