I combined and modified  a couple of recipes in order to use the ingredients that I had on hand last night. This is what I came up with,  we liked it and I plan on using the recipe again.  I doubled this for two 6 slice pizzas.
2/3 Cup Rice Flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1 Tbsp yeast
2/3 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Tapioca Flour
1 tsp chia gel
1 tsp Olive Oil
Mix all ingredients together until a soft dough is formed.  place on well greased pizza stone and shape into round or square pizza.  Bake on 425 for 10 minutes.  Add toppings ( used Pizza sauce, ricotta cheese, pepperonis and mushrooms.)  Bake for another 15-20 minutes.
 
 
I wonder what this would taste like without the yeast...
ReplyDeleteI saw a sub for yeast as 1 tbs baking powder. Have you tried that?
